Big Creek Admin Building

This 43,000 sf two-story Administration building was built for Southern California Edison to staff personnel working directly in Big Creek and on the Edison powerhouses at a 5000 ft elevation. This project includes structural concrete with 15 ft tall retaining walls to accommodate construction against the hillside. The building has been designed using structural steel, wood framed construction, metal roofing and built up roofing system. Exteriors consist of combinations of EIFS, cedar siding, stone veneer, and storefront systems with balconies and decks to utilize the natural views of the adjacent Sierra Mountains .

S.C. Anderson, Inc. completed this 27,500-square-foot Class A professional office development. The office was designed in a classic style to complement the adjacent lifestyle center, The Shops at River Walk. The building itself is wrapped and laminated with brick veneer and elegant stonework. A grand archway with glass canopies and select keystones greets employees at the entry, while other amenities such as a plaza and fountain are strategically positioned to give reprieve from the high temperatures common in the area.

Located on one of the finest country clubs in Kern County, this 12,070 SF 2-story Fitness Center includes a 50’ x 70’ swimming pool, exercise rooms, massage rooms, men’s and women’s locker room, full service kitchen, kid’s lounge and retail store.

Anderson, Inc. completed this 40,790 SF 2-story, Class A professional shell building for Castle & Cooke Commercial. Interior and site improvements were completed for Occidental Petroleum.

S.C. Anderson, Inc. completed the construction of this 46,000 square foot new 2-story Class A professional office building for Castle & Cooke Commercial. Tenant improvements for the entire building were also incorporated into construction. Riverwalk Building X, Building J and Corporate Center were constructed concurrently, minimizing time and cost to ownership.
Tulare Street Office Building & Parking Structure
Fresno, CA
S.C. Anderson, Inc. constructed this 86,000 square foot 4-story Class A professional office building and parking structure. This building was constructed using a steel frame support structure and included 2 high speed elevators, enhanced designer finishes in the building common areas, lobbies and restrooms. Included in the design and construction was a State of the Art data transmission facilities, internet access and card-key security system. Also built was a secured, covered ADA complaint 5 level parking structure with 480 parking spaces.
River Walk One Office Building

S.C. Anderson, Inc. directed the design/build process for this three story, 73,000 square foot Class A professional office building. The accelerated 6-month schedule included design and construction of the building shell as well as the tenant improvements for several of the building's clients including Castle & Cooke Commercial and Dole Food Company's North American Operations.
ADAKC Adult Day Care Center

With this newly constructed 12,025 SF Adult Day Care Center, ADAKC will be able to triple their capacity and better serve their clients of Kern County.
Greg's Petroleum Service

Greg's Petroleum Service consists of a ground up 17,246 SF new office and warehouse facility including a card-lock fueling station, fuel island, bulk storage tank farm, tenant improvements and all related on and off site work. This project is located on the corner of Coffee Rd and Downing Ave.
Quinn Caterpillar Addition and Improvement

S.C. Anderson, Inc. recently completed the addition and improvements project for Quinn Company at 2200 Pegasus Dr. in Bakersfield, CA. To keep this facility continuously operational, the scope of work was broken into multiple phases of work. Phase 1 included demolition and improvements of the existing 10,537 SF office and warehouse building, converting this space to sales and office space with a new exterior façade. In addition to this scope, a new 14,230 SF warehouse was constructed adjacent to the improved space along with street and parking lot improvements. Phase 2 of this project included demolition and improvements of the existing 9,697 SF office and warehouse building, converting this space to parts and office space with a new exterior façade. The final phase consisted of the construction of a new equipment display area visible from Hwy 99. In total, over 15k yards of concrete paving was poured over the 15.83 acre parcel.
