Kaiser Bakersfield

S.C. Anderson, Inc. completed the interior and exterior tenant improvements of an existing building for Kaiser Permanente. This 3-story, 42,860 square foot building includes 28 specialty care providers including head and neck surgery, ophthalmology, orthopedics, podiatry, pulmonary & respiratory surgery and urology. Also included is a small pharmacy, small lab with two blood draw stations and a general radiology room.
Riverwalk Medical Arts Building

S.C. Anderson, Inc. stepped in to assist the owner with an accelerated schedule to complete this project in six months. This unique facility is a 57,000 square foot Class A professional office medical condominium building developed by Castle & Cooke, California. When fully occupied, the facility will be owned and operated by the building tenants. Designed exclusively for medical related tenants, this two story facility will have a state of the art variable volume eco-friendly refrigerant system that will in addition to being economically efficient to operate, allow virtually unlimited control for the individual owners.
Memorial Hospital Pediatrics Remodel

S.C. Anderson, Inc. recently completed the Memorial Hospital Pediatric remodel project for Dignity Health. This OSHPD regulated renovation of the existing unit includes 16- semi private patient rooms and 3 private isolation rooms creating a total of 35 beds to better serve the children of our community. Accessibility upgrades, new public and staff restrooms and new mechanical equipment and distribution center were also included in the scope of work.
Memorial Hospital Einstein Pavillion

S.C. Anderson, Inc. recently completed the new Hans E. Einstein Pavilion. Renovations included a modern exterior and interior hospital entrance with canopied areas for patients and visitors, enhanced lobby area, LED lighting improvements, improved parking and circular drive for patient drop off and pick up. The hospital remained open and fully operational during the construction.
Childrens Pavilion for Emergency Services

Utilizing a design build delivery method, S.C. Anderson, Inc. and Radian Design Group recently completed the construction of the Pediatric Pavilion for Emergency Care at Bakersfield Memorial Hospital. This project will add 3,200 SF of additional space along with 1,100 SF of improved space to care for the children of Bakersfield.
CBCC Addition and Improvements

The Comprehensive Blood and Cancer Center (CBCC) chose S.C. Anderson, Inc. as the General Contractor for their 13,300 SF addition and improvement project. Work included the construction of (2) 2-story and (1) 1-story additions to the existing building to add an infusion center, wellness cafeteria and medical office space.
ADAKC Adult Day Care Center

The mission of the Alzheimer's Disease Association of Kern County (ADAKC) is to improve the lives of Kern County residence affected by Alzheimer's Disease and related disorders. With this newly constructed 12,025 SF Adult Day Care Center, ADAKC will be able to triple their capacity and better serve their clients of Kern County.
