Silvercreek Plaza Shop B

Our retail team just completed this 7,250 SF single story retail shell, associated tenant improvement work if required and all associated site work. Located in the Winco shopping center, this building will provide retail space for 6 tenants.
Sprouts Farmers Market

Designer Shoe Warehouse

The construction of the 18,036 SF Designer Shoe Warehouse (DSW) retail building, located in the Shops at River Walk, consisted of shell and exterior construction to provide an inviting and open floor space plan for this national retail chain.
Rush Air Sports

Rush Air Sports is an indoor athletic entertainment facility with 40,000 square feet of play area. Rush features 17,000 square feet of wall to wall trampolines, including 3 dodgeball courts, a battle beam, a foam pit and three slam dunk basketball hoops.

Part of phase 2 of the Silvercreek Plaza Retail Center, Shop A and Pad A multi-retail buildings were recently completed by S.C. Anderson, Inc. Shop A is a 9,983 SF building with up to 8 spaces for retail use. Pad A is a 4,200 SF building with 3 spaces for retail use.
Frugatti Plaza Exterior Remodel

Working closely with RA-DA Architecture and Gershman Properties, LLC, S.C. Anderson, Inc. provided General Contracting services for the major exterior remodel and re-branding of the Frugatti Shopping Center. Work included removing and replacing the entire façade of the center, new storefront systems, entry towers, monument signs, lighting, site walls, landscape and hardscape for this 30,000 SF retail center.
